Funding by the sponsor ONLY.
Once the sponsor for the HSe4Metrics social media app is procured and installed, the limited fundraising campaign will end. The public will provide NO further funding and the presentation team will be disbanded.
Thus, serving as the sole funder, the newly installed sponsor will begin its sponsorship of the 501(c)(3) HSe4Metrics social media app.
The sole role of the sponsor will be to make periodic donations to HSe4Metrics that will be used at the sole discretion of HSe4Metrics and its Board of Directors in the operations of HSe4Metrics and its HSe social media app.
A HSe4Metrics-Sponsor Agreement will provide for the sponsor (likely a top-ranking, publicly-traded entity), an accounting of HSe4Metrics expenditures and operations costs paid from the HSe4Metrics funding donated by the sponsor.
The Agreement will address the sponsor’s funding role in sponsoring the HSe social media app and will cite applicable IRS regulations regarding compensation for officers, directors, trustees, key employees, and including what IRS refers to as highest compensated employees.
The free-access, ad-free nonprofit 501(c)(3) HSe4Metrics social media app has no financial engine to produce income. However, HSe4Metrics will be in hiring competition with the for-profit sector, where hiring prospects command competitive salaries and benefits regardless of an employer’s 501(c) (3) status. The sponsor will have full access to all HSe4Metrics income, expenses, and financial statements. Further, the Board of Directors will retain a third-party auditor independent from HSe4Metrics to audit its financial statements.
