A Board of Directors will be in place at all times as required by HSe4Metrics’ 501(c)(3) status.
“Funding (by the public)” will occur ONLY during the limited fundraising campaign.
During this period there will be no Board of Directors compensation. Limited fundraising campaign proceeds will be used ONLY for the effort to hire a temporary presentation team and to fund the team as it seeks to procure a HSe4Metrics sponsor and oversee a HSe4Metrics-Sponsor Agreement being finalized. Once the HSe4Metrics-Sponsor Agreement is finalized and the HSe4Metrics sponsor is successfully installed, the limited fundraising campaign will end.
“Funding (by the sponsor)” will begin. (Donations from the general public will no longer be accepted. The donors can sit back and enjoy the national excitement.)
Once the funding by the sponsor is installed, directors may be compensated.
Compensation will be in accordance with SCC regulations and IRC code.
