Funding (by the public) is a limited fundraising effort for the general public to participate in making the HSe4Metrics social media app available to the nation.
The HSe4Metrics Board of Directors will receive no compensation during the limited fundraising campaign.
This limited fundraising campaign exists only BEFORE a sponsor for the HSe4Metrics social media app has been procured and installed.
The sole purpose of the limited fundraising campaign is to obtain funds sufficient to hire a presentation team and to fund the team until it procures a sponsor for the HSe4Metrics social media app, where a sponsorship agreement is finalized with the assistance of the presentation team, and where the sponsor is installed.
Funds collected via this limited fundraising campaign shall be used ONLY toward the effort to hire a presentation team.
No salaries, expenses, or reimbursement costs will be paid from the limited fundraising campaign funds to HSe4Metrics or to any party other than the presentation team.
Once a sponsor is installed, ONLY the sponsor will provide HSe4Metrics funding thereafter.
At the time the sponsor is installed, the presentation team will be disbanded and the limited fundraising campaign will end. (Thus, the limited fundraising campaign will be the ONLY funding opportunity for public participation.)
Any funds from the limited fundraising campaign remaining at that time that a sponsor is installed will be disbursed in accordance with the same SCC regulations that apply to dissolution. (Although this method of dealing with any remaining limited fundraising funds is not required by the SCC, HSe4Metrics, for simplicity, prefers not to carry over any remaining limited campaign funding into the sponsor funding period.)
